WooCommerce Photo Reviews doesn’t seem to be working

I purchased the premium version of the Reviews plug-in from the envato market, but it doesn’t seem to have any effect on my website, or it is incompatible in many places. I was attracted by the beautiful layout of your Reviews plug-in, but the plug-in did not work at all in the layout. The Reviews section of my woocommere is still the default layout of the theme.
