[woocommerce_photo_reviews_form] Shortcode not working

Hey Guys,

I recently purchased your Photo Reviews plugin from code canyon and it looks like a great tool, however I seem to be having issues getting the review page to work.

I believe I’ve configured it correctly, as it does send the review emails as its supposed to and generates what looks to be a proper link, however whenever anyone clicks on the “Review your Purchase” button next to the products they order, the page they are sent to is blank and doesn’t contain the review form. I’ve set up a page containing the shortcode: [woocommerce_photo_reviews_form]
