WooCoomerce Email Template Customizer: Core Status Emails Do Not Send – Only “Completed” and “Cancelled” Send

After spending a significant amount of time customizing each email template and using the built-in test email function within the editor, I discovered that none of the emails actually send when placing a test order through WooCommerce. The only customer emails that send are those associated with the “Completed” and “Cancelled” statuses. None of the core transactional emails—including “Processing,” which is critical for confirming new orders—are being delivered.

There’s no indication or explanation for this behavior. I’ve gone as far as disabling every single plugin on the site, and the issue still persists. However, as soon as I deactivate the email customizer plugin, the default WooCommerce emails begin sending again for all order statuses.

It’s clear that something within this plugin is preventing these essential emails from being triggered, and frankly, that makes no sense. We’ve lost an incredible amount of time troubleshooting this, and it’s now the only blocker preventing us from launching a key feature on our website. At this point, we’re extremely frustrated and need a resolution as soon as possible.

Further to this issue, the screenshots from WP Mail Logging confirm that WordPress/WooCommerce is successfully triggering the “Processing Order” email. However, your plugin is not actually sending it.

We’ve tested this in a controlled environment:

All plugins are disabled except WooCommerce, Elementor, and WP Mail Logging
We’re running a bare-bones install specifically for testing
All custom code and functions.php snippets have been removed
Despite this clean setup, your plugin only sends the “Completed” and “Cancelled” order emails.
All other email types (like “Processing,” “On-Hold,” etc.) are triggered by WooCommerce, but do not get sent when your plugin is active.

When we disable your plugin entirely, WooCommerce sends all emails correctly, across all statuses.

This clearly indicates that the issue lies with your plugin’s handling of email types outside of “Completed” and “Cancelled.” Please advise on how to resolve this — we need all order-related emails to function correctly.
