work with Custom Order Status plugin

Hello.
I purchased Email Template Customizer.
This is working with woocommerce default order statuses.
But i purchased Custom Order Status plugin (https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-order-status-actions-manager/6392174)
and created new order status (Shipped). But it is not working to send e-mail. How can i solve it?
