Workaround for Woocommerce Subscriptions compatibility

I have single products set up, with a hidden and discounted subscription option only for returning customers, using Woocommerce subscriptions. I can correctly adjust the currency in the single product (screenshot attached), but not in the subscription (screenshot also attached). Is there a workaround for this? My manual option would be to create new subscription versions of the product, but not to index them (so we can keep them for returning customers only), but I would prefer to keep it within all one product type if I can.
