WPML and product images not showing default image (from origin language)

we had purchased the plugin via codecanyon, and we have installed to create a woocommerce template for wpml language of Japanses, the trigger and conditions are working fine,

the issue we are having is that the product photos in the japaneses version doesnt show ( not even a broken link ) just empty space, like it doesnt take the default product image from the origin language (English)

can you please let us know how to handle that.
