Wrong layout email template?

Still have problems with my email layout. I’ve created a ticker for this before, but the problem persists. The strange thing is that when I send a test email, the layout is perfect. But when a customer orders something, the email layout is incorrect. It’s much more aligned to the left, even though everything is configured correctly. So I don’t get a full-page view with the order information. The page width and such are correct, as you said. What am I doing wrong and why it is good with test emails? so strange..
