We need help with three issues:

Any URLs hyperlinked in the email template are not working. Clicking a link always gets a URL with the prefix “http://url4420”

For some reason, our emails are received under the name [Hirbawi Kufiya] with the added brackets, where as it should just be Hirbawi Kufiya

Test Emails are not all displaying properly, certain shortcodes such as {Order Note} do not preview correctly
