Your key is not found message

We have being using your plugin in a devolopment site with no problem (thetreecbd.putput.cat). We can not update the plugin in production site (thetreecbd.com), since we get a ” Your key is not found” message when filling the key field.
We have tried revoking permissions in envato and connecting it again, but is not working. We have also disabled the plugin in the development site.
We guess it’s because we filled the field in the stagging site, but we don’t see how to solve it. Could you please help us?
