Several bugs on countdown timer

Hi,
I’ve bought your Countdown extension. I’ve several problems that avoid to use it.
1) The countdow doesn’t appear on the cart page. I’ve tried a lot of setup. The only things that appear it’s the sticky (tab Design on the other page), even if
2) Regarding the sticky, I can’t change the background color : It still white, even when I change a lot of color on “countdown timer”. It’s strange because I can change the style of the countdown, but not the colors
3) I can’t change the “discount level” option. When I choose “none”, it still on “auto change”

Could you please help me as soon as possible ? I can’t use my extension…
