Daily recurring countdown from 00:00 to 14:00

Hi
I am using the Sales Countdown Timer plugin, and I would like to have a countdown that starts 00:00 (or 00:01) and ends 14:00 everyday, and then automatically starts again 00:00.
It is going to be a countdown that if the customer buys before countdown is over the package would be delivered the day after.

But I am i doubt how the settings should be when I create a new countdown. I have tried several settings, but without succes. Can you help me how the settings should be?
