Price rules do not apply

Good day,
for many products the price rules are not applied and the old prices remain there.
2 months ago I increased the price rule for regural price from 100% to 121%.
But for many products this rule has not been applied until now.
I show an example in the pictures in the attachment, the price of the product on the e-shop is CZK 52, but according to the rule it should be CZK 63.

How should I do it so that the price rule is applied to all products in my e-shop?
