Demo Text Loading in Background/Bar Overlaying for Users in WP

Hi, there are two issues with the Free Shipping Bar, hoping you can assist. We are using the Pro version of the plugin and can send screenshots of both issues.
1) Upon loading the website, there is demo text appearing briefly behind the Free Shipping Bar. It doesn’t matter which page the user is on.
2) When logged into WordPress as a user, the Free Shipping Bar is overlaying the dropdown menus (i.e. Dashboard/Plugins).
