Issue with incorrect message showing in header via shortcode

Hello,
I recently purchased the premium version of the WooCommerce Free Shipping Bar plugin from the TenForest website. I have correctly configured the plugin and everything works fine when viewing the bar on product pages, the cart, or the checkout.
However, I’m trying to display the free shipping bar using the shortcode inside the site header, and it always shows the “Full Free Shipping” message (e.g. “Free shipping for any product”), even when the free shipping conditions are not met.
I have set a minimum amount of €66 for free shipping, and on product, cart, and checkout pages the bar correctly shows the remaining amount needed to qualify. But in the header, it always shows that free shipping is already available.
I believe the issue is that the shortcode in the header is displaying the “Full Free Shipping” message instead of the correct “Announce System Message” based on the cart status.
Could you please assist me in resolving this?
