Issue with WPML and WooCommerce Email Language

Hi,
I am using WooCommerce Email Template Customizer with WooCommerce and WPML.

On the website, users cannot register themselves — they can only be registered by the administrator through the backend interface.

Although I followed your guide (https://villatheme.com/how-to-send-multilingual-woocommerce-emails-with-wpml/) and correctly set the user’s language, the “new user” email is still always sent in the site’s default language.

How can I resolve this issue?
