Subscription cannot be renewed

Hello,

I renewed my subscription with Envato. For the next steps, I proceeded as described here:

According to these instructions, I should klick to

https://villatheme.com/check-purchased-code/

There I get the page shown in screenshot 1 in the attachment. When I click “Verify with Envato,” I can authorize access. After that, the page shown in screenshot 2 in the attachment appears. However, I can’t enter anything or do anything else there.

What should be done now?
