Trouble trying to update the plugin

I tried this guide : https://villatheme.com/knowledge-base/how-to-use-auto-update-feature/ and it won’t validate the codes.

I have 3 sites, on 3 different servers and each with their own code but they all won’t update nor even validate they key. It seems stuck in validation until I get a timeout error message.

I have included the site information for one of the 3 sites.
