Product variant display

Hello, my name is Florent, thanks in advance for your help. I have variant products i am using on the lookbook and even if the pop-up window display properly the product and variants available, i cannot not select any other variant (size nor color) than the combination identified as default on my wordpress product page configuration. In the video shows the default color is ”purpleheart wood” and the default size is ”S”. Impossible to change size or color

Let me know what could be done to fix that.
