The plugin is breaking my shop page

Hi, everyone. I have only recently purchased the plugin and since yesterday, when I installed a new theme on my WordPress website, the shop section stopped working. A web developer has figured out the issue was the plugin itself – when disabled, the shop shows up perfectly fine. I really loved my Sales Countdown Timer, so I was wondering if there is any solution to this bug?
