Shortcodes displayed in Emailtemplate instead of data

Hi,
I am using your Email customizer and just installed Orders Tracking plugin.

I created a simple shipping default template and assigned it in Order tracking plugin.
If I add a trackingnumber to an order and set the order to completed the mail is sent but instead of the data, shortcodes are displayed in the email content:

Order #: 6710
Tracking #: {wot_tracking_number}
Carrier: {wot_carrier_name}
TRACK MY ORDER

Track my order is a button. Instead of a trackinglink the shortcode bracket {wot_tracking_url} is set as a link. 🙁

How can this be fixed?
