Sync lookbook with Instagram

I have followed all the configuration steps but I cannot synchronize the look book with instagram.

from the configuration side of the plugin I have requested a token and it is fixed. However, when I go to synchronize the product, waiting for a copy to be created on instagram, it informs me that the sync is undefined and I get the green button to request another token. This action causes an error

URL blocked: The redirect failed because the URI is not included in the application’s client OAuth authorized list. Check that client and web “OAuth” access are enabled and add all your application domains as “OAuth” redirect URIs

But following the support video that is included with the plugin all the steps are done
