- Subject: Request for Refund – Plugin Issue Hello Plugin Team, I hope you’re doing well. I recently purchased your premium plugin with the expectation that it would import products with variants from Shopify to woocommerce correctly. However, I’ve encountered an issue: when a product has a single variant, it’s being imported as a simple product instead.
