2 questions before buying

Hello Villatheme team.

I have tested the free version of Multicurrency and it works correctly for me.
As I need 3 currencies, I will buy the Premium.

Question#1 : I develop on a dev-domain. Once I will install the licence on this domain to increase the number of currencies and make adjustments, how to valid the licence on the target domain ?

Question#2 : the shop is only 2 catalogues pages. It is annoying to display the currencies on the right border for every pages. How to disable this collapsed menu on the right for non-related shop pages ?
