301 Redirects Shopify – Woocommerce

I purchased your premium S2W – Import Shopify to WooCommerce tool. P

I completed the transfer and would like to know how to handle the necessary 301 redirects. Namely, we would like the previous url on Shopify to point to the right url on Woocommerce (the domain name is the same).

1) Could you please share you suggestions/ tutorial / tips/best practices so that we do not lose SEO ranking?
2) Do we need to adapt the woocommerce settings (such as permalinks) in a certain way?

For instance on Woocommerce we changed the Produc permalinks base from product to products (with an S )because on shopify, all products have an url like that

Basically, we would like previous urls to remain the same on the new wordpress site
