3rd Party Woo Plugin Support

We have two added functionalities to this particular site which I would like to “hook” (maybe the wrong word I don’t know the correct terminology) into so that a particular email sends when the functionality is triggered.

The functions are triggered by two other plugins:

1) Woocommerce Bookings (from woocommerce.com)
2) Deposits and Partial Payments for Woocommerce. (purchased from https://acowebs.com/)

They both create new custom emails based on when a customer books a rental, and when they choose to pay the deposit rather than the whole amount.

Is there a way to use the email customizer to control the appearance of these third party emails ?
