Hello,
The plugin is not tracking plugins properly. Even if the client returns and continue checkout before 30 minutes (which is the time I set up for abandoned cart), the plugins considers it as abandoned and it sends an email anyway.
So customers keep sending me messages because they are worried about their orders.
can you help please ?
