Activation Problem – not working plugin tabs

Hello there,
i just bought the plugin and is not working. I installed the plugin direct to the live site, because i was already had tested the free version and everything was ok. I can’t activate , i clicked but nothing happened and the tabs are not working, are unclickable
I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it but the same.

Pls Guide me
