actual wheel does not show up when using shortcode

So I just purchased this plugin yesterday and am just using shortcode [wordpress_lucky_wheel] to embed on a wordpress page. Wheel container, description shows and ‘try luck’ cta are outputted.. but actual wheel is not. Not sure if more params need to be added to shortcode or if theres something not set in plugin settings.
