Add review form

Hello,

Thank you for the great plugin.

I was reading through the documentation and I noticed that you are providing the “review form” with a button as a shortcode, which is really good. I was wondering if the plugin has the functionality to show that button inside the reviews widget itself, somewhere visible to the users when they enter the review tab, so that they do not have to scroll all the way to the bottom to add a review ?
