Add some animation to wheel icon

Hi,
Is it possible to add some animation for the popup icon? We trigger the wheel with the popup icon. Everything seems to be fine but would it be possible to add some animation to it so that it attracts customer attention for a moment and wants to click it? The popup icon animation can occur only once initially for a few seconds and will remain static afterward to avoid distraction further(just enough to pique interest but not much as it will become irritating afterward)
