ALD will not fufill order

For some reason the plugin will go to the product page on ali express but will not order. It either just stops working before adding to the cart or adds the product to the cart and then goes to a blank page and will no continue. I have to manually order the product and input the address/information by hand which is annoying. I want to get this plugin working. I paid for the premium version so I expect it to work.
