AliExpress orders not syncing

Good day,
Ali Order IDs are not written to my orders in Woocommerce. Even if I enable synchronization, it won’t register.

I made an order on Aliexpress using ALD – Aliexpress Dropshipping and Fulfillment for WooCommerce and the extension in Chrome and everything went well, the goods from the order in Woocommerce (it was several types of goods) were automatically added to the shopping cart on Aliexpress, the name was filled in, address and phone number of the customer and I just confirmed the payment. Orders have been created and paid for on Aliexpress. It’s been more than 3 days and the Ali Order ID was not added to my order in Woocommerce, even if I put “AliExpress sync”, the order was not added to the Dropship and Fulfill plugin section – Ali Orders.

Why is my Ali Order ID not being written to Woocommerce?
