App overwrite product and their style?

Hi, we use the free plugin/app for import product from woocommerce to shopify, now we want to import again all the products with all the variations (size and color).
The problem is that we have stiled all the product page with a custom template in shopify and some meta field for every single product.

The app overwrite the meta field and the template? We have to do all the product customization again?
