ASAP: disable shipping cost transfer by curr. rate

Hello,

I have my own plugin for shipping methods. This plugin is supporting multicurrencies.
But the problem is that the shipping costs has been transfer by currency. The amount, which I put to the shipping method cost is always fixed and definied in the shipping setting in my plugin.

How can I disable shipping cost transfer by curr. rate ?
