Auto update key expiring

Hi,

My auto update key is expiring and they are asking me to input a new one. It says that it expires on april 11,2023. What does this mean? Does it mean I need to renew my license? I am quite confused because I have 3 different websites and they are all showing the same expiration date, when each website was created at different times.
