Auto Update Key Not Found Error After Site Migration/Cloning

Hope all is well. I am a premium user of your plugin and I am currently facing an issue with the Auto Update Key activation.

Recently, I completed a website migration/update. The domain name remains exactly the same. What I did was push my former staging site into the live environment. Meanwhile, I made a clone/backup of the old site and kept it on a separate server purely as a historical data backup (it is not being used for active operations and has no traffic).

However, after this transition, the premium features of the plugin on my live site stopped working, and the Auto Update Key was disconnected. To fix this, I followed standard troubleshooting: I went to both the backup site and the current live site to completely delete the Auto Update Key from the settings.

Unfortunately, when I now attempt to re-enter and save my Auto Update Key on the current running live site, it gives me the following error message:
“Your key is not found. Please contact support@villatheme.com”

Could you please help me reset or clear the activation cache on your licensing server so that I can re-authorize my live site?
