Autodetect currency by IP not working // Fixed price not fixed

Hello, GEO localization is not working

Settings are:
Auto select currency.
External API
Currency by country ON

5 currencies with all the countries in the world.
Not working in Chrome incognito mode, neither with Opera VPN.
I tested multiple variables and without any other plugin making conflicts since its a fresh install.

Also fixed price is not working when exchange rate is applied. I had to apply exchange rate for coupons so it can calculate right.
But when the exchange rate number is not the same “1”, the system starts changing the price on all the currencies.
