tiktoy 123ParticipantDear Support Team,
I am using the professional version of your PayPal Tracking plugin and I need assistance with an automation issue. Currently, I am facing a dilemma with the synchronization workflow:
1. Current Workflow:
I use Dianxiaomi (a third-party ERP) to manage my shipments. When a tracking number is generated, Dianxiaomi sends it back to my WordPress site via API, and automatically changes the WooCommerce order status from “Processing” to “Completed”.2. The Problem:
Although the tracking number exists in the order and the status is correctly updated to “Completed,” the plugin does not automatically push the tracking info to PayPal. I have to manually click the “Sync to PayPal” button next to each completed order to make the synchronization happen.3. Desired Outcome:
I want the synchronization to be fully automated. When Dianxiaomi writes the tracking number to the order and updates the status via API, the plugin should detect this change and push the info to PayPal immediately without any manual intervention.Technical Context:
My API Credentials (Client ID/Secret) are verified and working (manual sync works 100%).
I have already enabled the tracking actions for “Completed” status in the settings.
Is there a specific “Hook” or “Cron Job” setting I should use to ensure API-triggered status changes are captured by the plugin?
Could you please guide me on how to configure the plugin to support this automated workflow?
Best regards,
