autoupdate key does not work

Hi, I followed the instructions at: https://villatheme.com/knowledge-base/how-to-use-auto-update-feature/ to get the autoupdate key. However, when i enter the key at the plugin backend. I still receive this “Key is incorrect. Please get Auto Update key at https://villatheme.com/my-download”, i do that and start over from the begining again and again
