Bar not appear on product page footer

Hi,

Sorry for my bad english.

The free Shipping bar works on my website, but the top-bar (who i put in footer) who say ” congrat you have free shipping…..” don’t appear on all of my product page.

But we can see the progress bar below add to carte button.

Can you help me to put the bar visility ok on product page please?
