Booster Plus for WooCommerce compatability

Hello, Is ‘Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce’ compatible with ‘Booster Plus for WooCommerce’?

We have been testing their compatibility and ‘Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce’ seems to allow Booster’s custom emails to be modified but when the emails are sent by WooCommerce, the ‘Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce’ templates are ignored and only the stock WooCommerce emails are sent.

Any assistance or insight you could provide would be welcome. Thanks.
