Bot currency

Hello,

I have set bot currency to USD, the store default currency is EUR. However when I check the product https://puzzlesprint.com/custom-puzzle with https://search.google.com/test/rich-results the product rich snippet test results show the price in EUR, but it should be in USD (I am also attaching screenshot for this).

I am also using WP-Rocket plugin on the site. I am attaching screenshot of the CURCY settings.

Can you please advise what could be the problem and how can I make sure that bot currency is always USD.
