Bot using my clients email filling up the cart logs.

Hi,
My client has you plugin on their website. The issue is the cart logs is full of bots adding items to the cart and not genuine customers. Under the email column of for these bots is my clients username and email address, so the bot is using their email address? The IP address for the bots are all a different country to y client also. Is there a way to prevent the cart logs tracking bots?

My client is worried as the bots are using their details in checkout it seems.
