Bug in Checkout currency settings

Description:
Payment method name is not displaying in checkout currency settings if payment method title is blank.

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Remove the Title of active payment method
2. Save payment method
3. Enter to Checkout currency settings
4. Choose the method you saved before in Checout currency / Payment methods

Expected result: On clicking payment methods drop-down menu the names of available payment methods should be seen, even with a blank Title.

Additional notes: I think that using Title in Checkout currency settings is a bad idea because it can be blank as in my case and it’s better to use the name of payment method which is not editable by user.
