Bugs I can’t solve

hello, I have a couple of problem which I hope you can help me solve them

1. Instead of the whole pointer I only see a little dot.
2.Under popup section I can only see two options: show on homepage, show on blog page – in your documentation the options are more.
3. I’m not able to see a preview of the popup page which make it so hard to choose colors.
4.I don’t see the popup button for desktop version.
5. the popup didn’t show up on the page even after I enabled the plugin.
6. when I click on the popup button in the mobile version, the X for closing the popup is hidden under the screen..
7. the distance between the button and the email field is so much how can I make it smaller? thanks
