Bulky is not updating Regular and Sale prices

I had Bulky plugin than I purchased the upgrade and requested installation but unfortunately I am still waiting for someone to response.
I was having problem with Bulky plugin which was installed before I purchased the upgrade, it was not updating the regular and sale prices, when I try to save the regular and sale prices the refresh wheel keep spinning without saving the information.
