Bulky stock decrement problem

Hello, we have the same problem again as last time, Bulky is decrementing the produced stocks to the negative when it should stop at zero. We have products that go to -1 instead of 0. This problem had been detected on Bulky previously when we had to mass change stocks. All the products set to zero with bulky had changed it to -1 and no longer orderable.
