Can Not Fulfil Order

    Hi

    We just had our first order of this https://bit.ly/3lQDdZ6
    All is set up correctly with your plug in
    so now I go to the ALI ORDERS i click “Order with extension”
    it opens Ali but then it says
    “Can Not Fulfil Order. Please make sure ……..”

    What is happening? please show me how to correct this. if we suddenly have many orders we will not be able to do anything.
