Can you help me

My account page, there 2buttons – see orders, track the item .
and now there is another text that is shown besie these buttons,
but layout doesn’t really good enough.
if item’s title is too long, the 2 buttons are stuck together.
i’d like to make the text(Review) in button just like 2 buttons beside and hover image removed.
i attacted some image to make you understand easily.

I can edit files via ftp, please let me know what should i add. or you can do it for me.
