Cannot Install Pro Version of LookBook plugin

Hi,

I purchased the pro version of WooCommerce LookBook – Shop by Instagram – Shoppable with Product Tags but the downloaded files cannot be installed. I went ahead and installed the free version and tried again but get the same response:

Any solutions for this, please?
